0002894: musicbrainz.com should provide the Web Links

Description

musicbrainz.com is compiling an extensive database of Wikipedia, Discogs, BBC Music, and other pages which relate to any given artist or album. It would be great to replace the current list of Web Links in gmpc with the musicbrainz.com lists. If a music file is tagged in picard, it will contain the tags necessary to easily identify the correct set of links to download for display in gmpc.
